Beautifully presented and lovely little rooms, etc.
The rooms with balcony, double bed and private bathroom. Easy to get to, excellent location close enough to the metro and the wharf area, all attraction and the city center near the El RATIRO marked and the Plaza Mayor.

It was in a central setting in walking distance or a stop or two on the metro. The staff were extremely helpful and caring made my stay pleasant.

Location: the hotel was not far from 24 hour convenience stores, and all attraction. The atmosphere created was quiet...

The hotel is so well-kept, the staff is cooperative. The rooms are neat with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. The location is great and incredible in the heart of Madrid, the property is 600 feet from the metro. Madrid City Center district deserves to be explored.

The room was beautifully presented and good little!
I did not want to leave there and would return there. That was well-kept hotel set in good area, next to transportations, tapas bars, and a good area in Madrid. Its location at walking distance from a huge plaza was magnificent. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with balcony, the bed was nice.

The feel of this place is nice, it feels like a large older private townhouse but kept very well with nice woodwork and rugs. Security inside is very good with security locks and cameras in the hallways.
I think the room is so small it's very hot and needs air-conditioning. Temps were in the high 30s Celcius both inside and out and the fan just wasn't enough.

Stayed for 4 nights and it was a pleasant experience. A little small but very clean bedrooms and bathrooms. It is in this popular location near Placa Mayor und Sol. Public transportation is very close. There are many clubs and bars and restaurants in this area. However, the most of its location is that it is located central, close to everything, but in an as-quiet-as-you-could-find nabourhood in this very area. (Still it is sometimes noisy because of the party ppl.) I loved my room with simple but nice decoration and a small balcony and the bedding was pretty comfy. The staffs were very nice without being overly nice. I was sick and bought back cough drop of which all info was written in Spanish and the staffs helped me to read and translated for me. They initiatively came to talk to me for time and see if there's anything they could do for me. I feel being respected and cared about. I think it is really a great vaue at this price. I will stay there again if I go to Madrid again and would definately recommend it.
Rooms and walkways are small. Wifi was very week or unstable. I am bad at direction, so it's a lil hard for me to find my hotel everyday since it's not on main streets(that also means it's more quiet comparing to those others in this area.)

We had a great experience. Our room was perfectly clean and very nicely decorated. The a/c device was a bit loud, but we were glad to have it in the heat of Madrid. Tito, the hotel manager, was very helpful. The hotel is minutes walk from the centre, very close to Sol station (central point for trains), a ton of restaurants, and lots of shopping.
The outlets in the bedroom were a bit finnicky.

The staff in this hotel is very nice.
Hotel facilities are generally, but considering the price, such facilities are fairly good.

I liked how clean the bathroom and bedrooms were. It showed how much they cared about their guests. After one quest showered, they were sure to clean the bathroom right away. The beds were very comfortable and air conditioning was a plus on the hotter nights that we stayed there. The employees were very nice and answered any questions asked. It was in a perfect location within the city and close to the train stations for easy travel. It was a good experience overall. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
I did not like how quite we had to be. Although there was a time posted when to be quiet, even when you weren't being loud, it seemed it sometimes because the rooms were so close together. Spain is a place to enjoy and celebrate, if other guests complain, that is when we should be told to be quiet.

Location, nice little balcony. Clean.
Rooms was too small for two people. No air conditioning in the room. No storage space.

Casa de Huespedes Marisol is located in the center of Madrid with easy access to a multitude of tourist sights. Sait and Tito (staff) are very attentive and full of information on ḧow to get to a variety of sights and restaurants. Initially we were placed in a room without air conditioning. We explained that one of the reasons we chose this hostel was for the air conditioning, They changed us to a much larger room with air conditioning. It was a triple room with very comfortable beds. The bathroom is down the hall but was always clean and since there is more than one, we never had to wait. We have been in Spain for 15 days and of all of the places we have stayed the staff at Casa de Huespedes Marisol (Said and Tito) were the most delightful, friendly and helpful of all lodging hosts. Their desire to make you comfortable and your stay pleasant is sincere.
